London Clancy is a Designated Professional Body with the RICS thereby enabling us to place insurance business on behalf of our clients. In this capacity we have a block policy offering very competitive rates for our clients which we market test on an annual basis
We also offer an insurance inspection service to owners of vacant buildings where policies require one or two weekly visits whilst the property remains unoccupied.
