Fowler & Smith have relocated from The Old Chapel which is on The Dean and fifty yards nearer Winchester Road in New Alresford.

Two New Retailers for Basingstoke Town Centre

On behalf of private clients, London Clancy has successfully let 2b Church Street and 16 London Street Basingstoke, located at the ‘top of town’.

House of Handsome have agreed to lease 2B Church Street, which includes ground and basement, totalling 1,070 sq ft. This will be the third branch for the business, and second within Basingstoke.

Whilst Ethero Strategic Staffing have agreed to lease 16 London Street, which will be their fifth branch and first in the South of England.

The ‘Top of Town’ remains popular with a number of retailers, including, Leightons Opticians, Barclays Bank, McDonalds and Zizzi’s.
