ROMSEY OFFICES SOLD TO PRIVATE INVESTOR
Two adjoining office building extending to approximately 3,800 sq ft (353 sq m) have been sold to private investors Brightbeech.
Brightbeech intend to refurbish the existing accommodation.
The properties were available at a quoting price of £1.4m.
London Clancy acted on behalf of private investors represented by Ridge Asset Management and Primmer Olds advised the purchasers.
