To identify new freehold office premises of circa 12 - 15,000 sq ft suitable for relocating VTCT's head office functions whilst satisfying strict specification and operational requirements. To advise on values, produce reports for Trustees and negotiate purchase terms. To carry out the due diligence process including market and valuation advice, building and site surveys, as well as providing key input to the legal team in respect of contract negotiations. To project manage, as Employers Agent, the refurbishment and refitting of the office building including the replacement of all M & E plant, upgrading of reception and cloakrooms, provision of staff facilities and external works.
VTCT has successfully acquired a 12,750 sq. ft. freehold office building providing new HQ facilities in Eastleigh which will satisfy the future needs of the business in the long term.
